White presented Mallory Sievers' 2017 $1,000 LCEF Scholarship check on Sunday, November 26, 2017, at her home congregation, Zion Lutheran Church, Storm Lake, Iowa.
Sievers is studying Elementary Education at the University of South Dakota (USD), Vermillion.
