Building Project Complete in Onalaska

"Thanks to LCEF for their help in making this place of ministry possible," said Rev. Don Stein of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Onalaska, Wisc. Members rejoiced last spring as their new church was dedicated on May 20, 2012. God’s house in Onalaska now has its new doors open wide for the community to enter in. They offer Saturday evening and Sunday morning worship services and an education hour as well as a Sunday morning Deaf Bible Study.

Another great use of this ministry space is a Christian preschool where Jesus is part of the children’s daily activities. Shepherd’s Flock Preschool is directed by Debbie Antoni with an enrollment of 35 children. The children have been busy this fall with visits to the apple orchard and the local fire station.
